Training on how to use the Dolibarr automatic bank tracking module

• Available training levels:
  • Standard module use (Level 1).
    • Downloading journal entries.
    • Automatic/Semi-automatic reconciliation.
    • Manual reconciliation.
    • Searching for and modifying a reconciliation.
  • Advanced module use (Level 1+).
    • Importing journal entries in CSV format.
    • Entering bank credentials (upon re-authentication request).
  • Settings/Configuration (Level 2).
  • Maintenance/Backup (Level 2+).
• Package validity period: 6 months.
• The total time for these sessions must never exceed 2 hours.
• Sessions are conducted via video conference.
  • This package can be broken down into a maximum of 4 sessions of 0.5 hours each (thirty minutes).
  • A maximum of 3 participants is strongly recommended for optimal effectiveness.

Each request made via our dedicated portal (https://www.support.infras.fr) or by email results in the creation of a training ticket. A report including a breakdown of the time spent is sent within 24 hours of the training's completion.
This report includes:

• The name and title of the person who initiated the request. The name(s) of the participant(s). The topics covered.
• The objectives and skills acquired.
• Any recommendations.
• The remaining training time.
