	- Pack validity period: 1 year.
 
Each request made via our dedicated portal (
https://support.infras.fr), or by email, results in the creation of an intervention ticket. A monthly intervention report including a breakdown of the time consumed is sent before the end of the month of closing of this intervention.
This report includes:
	- The name and status of the person making the request.
 
	- The problem or request concerned.
 
	- The steps and actions performed. The results.
 
	- Possible recommendations.
 
	- The remaining time credit.
